I had a remote start and security system installed here. They had it complete within the estimated time. I had some issues with the system and had to take it back the following day. They fixed the problem and had me back up and running. The folks I dealt with there are professional and straight forward.
Very disappointed in Tylers honesty. You should be honest about the things you sell. You misrepresented multiple facts about the vehicle. I strongly advise everyone to not believe these people.
Avoid this place at all costs! I went there a few times inquiring about light bars, etc. The girl behind the counter obviously didn't want my business. She blew me off and pretty much told me that I wasn't going to spend enough money for her to waste her time looking for what I wanted! A few months later, my wife took her truck there to get it detailed while I was out of town. They did a great job on the outside, but they did nothing on the inside except vacuum (even though I paid for the carpet to be shampooed). They did manage to break the face off my radio. When I got home and discovered it a few days later, I went to talk to the manager. What a disappointment it was to find out that the owner's flavor of the month girlfriend was the manager. I was really trying to be nice because I already knew what I was dealing with, but she told me that I was lying and that if her guy had broken my radio, he would have told her, because "he's the best". I didn't bother mentioning the failure to shampoo the carpet. I didn't ask for ANY MONEY, nor was I rude at all, but this place SUCKED! GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Happy Happy Happy... This is my second time using Tyler for my automotive needs. Him and the guys are always willing to help and they do things right. I was more than happy with this last purchase and they even upgraded my radio for me without asking after noticing the old one was behind the times. :) I would be glad to recommend them to all my friends and family.
