They were very nice and helpful, they let us take our time. And when the furnace didn't work right, they helped us get it fixed, for free. They went the extra mile!
This is my FIRST RV and I now can say BUY BEWARE of Bill`s RV!
It is sad that someone has nothing better to do then make up lies about a business and Owner that went out of his way to help.
I purchased a supposed in "great condition" "95" 5th wheel from Bill`s. It took me about 30 days to get it moved into a local RV Park, by that time ANY form of bringing it back because of problems with it had passed. 2 1/2 days after settling it in the RV Park the AC went down, The roof has needed constant monitoring for bad leaks in the monsoon rains this year hear. I spent $573.74 on a new AC that I expected Bill Would at LEAST pay for less than 1/2 for $250.00. The roof has cost me over $150.00 in materials AND of coarse a LOT of time to curtail the leaking. I complained to Bill and all I got was an email showing that the RV was worth $7600.00 dollars and what I paid was $6000.00 which included a hitch. The STATE of AR only values this unit at $1084.00. Bill emailed me a Pic of the NADA book of used RV values thinking I am an idiot, THAT price of $7600.00 would be for a PRISTINE unit with no leaks, EVERYTHING works, NO soft spots in the floors and a proper working hot water heater, mine runs till the gas is gone so I can run it but have to shut off went I1m done with my shower OR maybe go to bed and the unit catches fire and kills me.
Mr. Bill also delivered it to Heber Springs no charge due to his vehicle being in the shop.
Mr. Bill was very knowledgeable about rv's, and he was also able to educate me about different models he had. After finally picking one up, he gave a me good deal on it. His customer service went above and beyond, and I highly recommend him to anybody needing a pre-owned rv

The NAPA pricing was correct, and as far as any other claims. They are not true.
I ended up dealing with Mr Bill himself and my experience was really good. He let me take all the time I wanted and take pictures and inspect the used camper trailer I was interested in. His employees were kind and helpful and I must say my entire experience was positive. Not everyone gives guarantees on used vehicles and I would say if you are in the market for a camper talk to Mr Bill!
His truck broke down, and Mr. Bill brought him to his dealership not an RV park to stay for free 2 days
