Yes it's unfortunate that people like me A divorced mother working 3 jobs... that I've had to resort to Car-mart, both locations( Harrison & Mountain Home) have some rude, ignorant people working there. I WILL NEVER EVER PUT MYSELF IN THIS SITUATIONS AGAIN, I've had to ask for a couple of extensions due to being sick (couldn't work) or Christmas, they literally treated me like a was a piece of crap, I'm a very hard woman and do not deserve to be treated like this... it's bad enough that I have to ask for help but to be talked down too is uncalled for. I've had people yell out in the office customers saying ' DON'T BUY A CAR HERE"
They will try hard to earn your business an treat your fairly

Cars are very low quality... I paid for a warrantee to cover issues and when I spoke with someone about getting work done to my car because it would randomly shut off going down the road, I was given the run around and everytime I called was told the management I needed to speak with was unavailable. Then they wouldn't wait one day for me to pay my payment and took my car. When I went down to get my personal belongings out of my car I had SEVERAL items missing. There was items that were sitting right next to the missing items, but several things missing. There was approximately $250+ worth of missing items. I called them the next day and got the run aroun, once again. NEVER again will I trust anyone at this establishment. When I got the car they were very helpful and nice but after a change in management they became hateful, rude, and very snotty with me any time I called them.
