We are currently buying our second vehicle from Andy Yeager Motors.I was a little afraid of trusting a used car dealership,especially after bad experiences from other local used dealers. We are very glad we took a chance. The entire experience was a positive one including a period of time we had some rough circumstances.Other dealers would not have worked with us at all,but they treated us with patience and respect.Some small things i appreciated was a payment book and a way to pay online.We compared them and several others on BBB site.They obviously had a good rating.Others did not and one local popular used dealer had an F. A company you can trust for sure!And if you want to take days like we did comparing prices from all around and other nearby cities..Go for it.But,we did and they beat and compare to all dealers prices on comparable vehicles with mileage,year,ect.
They have been good to us thus far and have fixed the things that they said they would to get us in a good running vehicle in a quick manner.

Bought an Xterra in June of 2017 from this place. We are looking for new motors as we speak to put in it because there are SO MANY issues with it. Bought a total Lemon and they do nothing but sit back and collect payments and probably laugh as people are shelling out thousands to pay for their awful "business." Never again; lesson totally learned. Dishonest people. Kyle the salesman said "there was not a thing wrong with it."
I have never received such horrible customer service. It was almost comical it was that awful. The staff (besides a young man named Kyle) was very lazy. It's like they had no desire to work or sell a car. The inside of all the cars were trashed (cigarettes, leaves, spoons, etc.) and when asked why they weren't cleaned and ready for customers the man shot a snarky remark saying there's too many cars. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
