Unprofessional receptionist. Go elsewhere
Recently helped my father enjoy eating again, they gave him new dentures and he has been sleeping, talking, eating so much better, very affordable and great place to have this kind of work done.
These guys know that they are pretty much the only people around doing denture and dental work, so they are medeival with their treatment of patients. The front desk is completely incompetent and rude. When you complain she will blame you. I do not know how she can live with herself to work for such crooks. BEWARE!
I had an extensive amount of work done on my teeth and Dr. Hargett and the rest of the Dentures and Dental Services staff were fabulous! They made sure I was comfortable and felt little pain throughout the procedures. Having never had much work done before, I was dreading the root canals and fillings I had to have done. But Dr. Hargett and his assistant were gentle and if I felt any pain at all they stopped until I was ready for them to continue. I chose to have the procedures done over a few days instead of just one, and each time I went the dentist and staff were awesome!
These guys are straight up crooks that prey on poor people. They have no regard for human beings and seem hell bent on torturing people for fun. Beware! Do not see these people...if you have to drive four hours or take a plane ride somewhere else...do it. Dr. Hargett seems like he is hopped up on drugs.
I chose this place because there were 5 dentist on my insurance list there. Didn't know until I showed up it they "specialize" in dentures. When I was getting an x-ray done, the things they put in your mouth while doing x-rays were too big. The assistant was forcing my jaw shut over them and cut my gums. I asked if they had any smaller ones and she said they only had one size. I don't remember which dentist I actually had (last year) but I had the start of cavities, I know because I felt the dental instrument sticking. But the dentist said "we'll just keep an eye on those" Otherwise they weren't going to do anything until they would cost more to fix.
