DR Louie is always gentle and have never had any trouble after being treated one of the best!
I have never been seen by Dr. Louie Keener, but my experience with Dr. Larry Keener was nothing short of a nightmare. For starters, the office itself needs an incredible amount of updating. The space looks down right awful. Larry himself is, plainly put, a huge "a-hole". When I saw him for the first time, I was breastfeeding twin infants and was concerned about getting x-rays performed. What he *should* have done was politely explain my options and tell me that it was my choice, but he instead laid into me about vocalizing my concern to the point that I was in literal tears. I should have gotten up and walked out right then. The dental work he performed on me was appalling; I saw him no less than 8 times in a row over ONE tooth! He could not perform the necessary procedure properly and I spent a ridiculous amount of time going back and forth to his office. It's been two years since this happened and that one tooth that he had so much trouble with (a root canal- which I had completed in Springfield at a different office- and crown) has to be redone because he did such a poor job. His bedside manner is truly awful- I felt like he was a grown up bully- and his dental work isn't any better.
