If your looking for customer service or a good deal, go elsewhere. I took a dozen arrows in to have them cut/inserts put in, you'd have thought by asking for this to be done it was an all day deal he was doing for free, took him all of 5 mins tops and charged $1.50 an arrow plus tax so ended up 19.62, had a question about my new bow and showed him on a display model where the string was coming un-tied, asked if it could be glued or what, "no, i wouldn't glue it", didn't offer to fix it, could tell he didn't care about me being his customer and was more concerned about talking to his buddy about their hunting stories than trying to help me, the amount was ridiculous but it wasn't the $ that made me aggravated it was the service.
