Had been using them for over a year went to make a payment only 1 month behind and they inform me that they sold my stuff last month and they never tried to call or anything and tried to say we were further behind than we were. Lost a lot of important stuff cause of this. SO BEWARE OF USING THIS PLACE FOR YOUR STUFF THEY WILL SELL IT AND NOT THINK TWICE ABOUT IT AND NOT EVEN NOTIFY YOU.

Renting a storage unit. One wall inside was coming down, they fixed it. Oil stain with grease on floor, they ignored. Asked to be put on auto pay, just received TWO emails today stating my unit is late and a late fee has been added, never received notice of payment due. Very unprofessional.
