In the past, I have always used a Lowe's or Home Depot for my paint needs. We built our house 3 years ago and I was so frustrated almost every time I left there after going to get stuff for the house. I wish I had used Sherwin-Williams. I used them for the first time a year ago getting paint for my newborn daughter's room because they had the shade of gray I wanted. It was such an easy experience and the guy which I think is the manager there was so helpful and nice. I am now starting on redoing my son's room and I wanted the same gray as I used in my daughter's. He quickly pulled me up and got my paint started simply from my past history, helped me pick out the brushes/rollers I needed and gave me a discount and mostly just all the while being pleasant to deal with and so helpful. When you go to Lowe's or especially Home Depot (in my experience), you feel like a burden. Customer service goes so far and makes the painting process so much easier!!
