Every time I go in the front desk lady is hateful. Today I've called 7 times to change my sons shots appointment and either get put on hold for 10 minutes and then told to call back in 30 minutes. (Which I've done 4-5 times now)
They refused me an appointment when I found out I was pregnant and the Secretary was incredibly rude.
