For the last two years I spent a lot of time here due to my husbands Alzheimer's and all the illnesses that that go along with it. He spent many days in Critical Care and many more days in Behavioral Center. The staff and Doctors in Critical Care were wonderful caring people not only for my husband but me as well.When he had to start going to the Behavioral center, we found the most remarkable Doctor. Dr. Gary Linker. He took such good care of my husband. And the staff and Health Resource people were wonderful to. I will always be grateful for them all. Thank you and bless you all.
And recently I requested medical records - they argued with me over the reasoning I needed my own medical records... they are staff not lawyers.
And after waiting weeks - I called them - and they said - Yeah its ready - Its been ready..................Great way to treat a patient - And a chronically ill individual seeking medical records to expedite legal issues - And they could care less.
I will never be returning there again. And btw - I am a local individual - Lived here all my life - and there is a reason I had a home birth and did not bring my child there.......
I am a registered nurse and I don't like being treated like a child, I do not like being treated like I am dirt under someone else's shoes, they are the most rude and hateful CNA' s up to the RN' s even the ward clerk's have and attitude. I will not be back to this crappy excuse for a hospital!
Went in many times over the years and have had good experience with the nurse/doctors but the staff-----
I have had several outpatient procedures at the hospital in the past 3 months. Each time I was treated courteously, cheerfully and competently by the staff. Wait time in the various departments was reasonable. I have no complaints at all.
Had two tears in the meniscus in the knee , concerning the treatment and surgery of Dr. Sadini and the staff of North Arkansas Medical Center. OUTSTANDING!!!! I highly recommend them!
