I can never get ahold of the office to make an appointment. When I do I can hardly get in and the boy never see their Dr. And I can't even get a referral!
I've been a patient of Crossroads since it's opening. Dr. Riggs delivered my 4th child, and Dr. Causey will deliver my 5th. The atmoshpere is friendly, and the doctors are great. Dr. Chu has seen all of my kids for different ailments, and they just love him. They make you feel comfortable, and the rooms are child-friendly. I highly recommend Crossraods to anyone searching for a family doctor
My daughter and I have seen Dr. Chu since he opened a clinic in Harrison. He and all the other Dr's. are knowledgeable, up to date, friendly, and very good at what they do. I recommend them to anyone. The only problem is they are so busy it is difficult to get in when you are sick. It is difficult to even get through on the phone. They do have a nurse practitioner that has helped quite a bit with this problem though. If you can wait a couple days to see a Dr., this is definitely the place to go. And, if they don't know what is causing your problems, they are not so prideful as to not send you on to a specialist. They do everything they can to remain affordable and keep you healthy.
I am not a patient at Crossroads, but went to them for a 4D Ultrasound with my first child. The name of the ultrasound tech escapes me at the moment, but she was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond to make our experience a positive one.
