Horrible Customer Service. After ringing CS bell the Mgr paged me to the main register, where I was told it would be a while. The customer in line 15mins before me was told the same thing, & left without being served. I waited 20 mins, & would've been longer but I went back to the Mgr at the main register & explained fair customer service would go between main register & customer service until they got staff to cover both.
Great customer service. For a smallerJCPenney they have a good selection.

This is a small store located in the Town Mall if you can call it that. Easy to find plenty of parking. Prices are somewhat higher than other stores in the area depending on what you're getting. They always run good sales. staff is generally friendly however when they're busy sometimes there are long waits in line to check out.
