Arkansas guidelines are different from Indiana so it was frustrating trying to rent a vehicle and not being able to with my bank card. After getting all that worked through, we were able to rent a nice car. If I have to rent a vehicle again, I'd go through them again.
When the car was brought to me it had a little less than a 8th tank of gas. They had no one to pick it back up Friday so I drove it back to them They checked it out all was good. I paid a $50 deposit , before they brought me the car to me , He said he would deposit $50 minus the gas I used. I brought the car back with what they brought it to me with. Mr John said all car delivered has a qt of tank in it always. O told him Sir it did not , I asked for my deposit but has not showed up in my bank account, plus the delivery man was what I call rude . I had questions about the car , he took off over to the hyway on foot , Did not respond to me , left with my question unanswered. I am going to call Mr John Monday.
I recently totalled my vehice. Insurance paid for a rental at enterprise. Jon from enterprise called and made arrangements with me after recieving information from the insurance company. When picking up the car he made sure to go over the car and ensured that I knew how to operate the vehicle as it was a push button start.
Had to wait over 2 hours to be picked up-I was less than 2 miles from the Enterprise office. Made an appointment to return car and no one was at the office. No one called to cancel. I guess I was supposed to just wait another two hours.
