They have the BEST Chai Latte I have ever had! Everyone is super nice and I've never had to wait a long time. I have only been there 3 times now but it is definitely one of my favorite places to go! Highly recommend them!

Incredible experience. Can't reccomend enough!!! Prairie Fire is delicious. Had breakfast here. Hansel pita. Prairie fire and French press. Hiked. Had to come back for dinner. Had a flight of craft beers with the brisket tacos which were AWESOME. Michael's service was friendly, personal, and professional. The owners have done a great job with this place and we can't wait to be back!
Found this place waiting for a bus out of town, what a treat! Didn't get a chance to eat but everything looked tasty. The beer selection was great, and the bartender (didn't catch his name) was very friendly to this weary traveler. This place is straight up good, no doubt about it.
